Our story

Inspire EHC was founded on a simple belief: that the right people have the power to change lives.

Our journey began with a deep understanding of the challenges schools, local authorities and care providers face when trying to find exceptional professionals. We saw first-hand the impact that the right people can have on the lives of children, young people and adults, and how often organisations were forced to compromise because specialist talent was difficult to find.

We believed there was a better way.

From the beginning, our focus has been on building lasting partnerships rather than simply filling vacancies. By taking the time to understand the needs of every client and every candidate, we've built a reputation for delivering high-quality recruitment across education, SEND, health and social care, and adult services. Every placement we make is driven by one goal: creating positive outcomes for the people who rely on those services.

As we've grown, so has our expertise. We've expanded our reach, strengthened our partnerships and continued to invest in the specialist sectors we know best, always adapting to the changing needs of education, healthcare and social care while staying true to the values we were founded on.

Along the way, our tutoring provision grew into a specialist service in its own right, leading to the creation of Inspire Tutoring—a dedicated business focused entirely on connecting learners with the right tutors. This has allowed Inspire EHC to remain fully focused on what we do best: specialist recruitment and workforce solutions.

Today, Inspire EHC is proud to support organisations across the UK with the people they need to deliver exceptional education, care and support. While our services continue to evolve, our purpose remains the same: building trusted partnerships, putting people first, and making a lasting difference through the power of the right match.

20 Year History

2020
  • Inspire EHC was founded in 2020 with a single, clear purpose: to connect schools with the SEND teachers and teaching assistants they desperately needed. What started as a specialist recruitment agency quickly built a reputation across Suffolk, Surrey, and Cambridgeshire for understanding SEND settings from the inside out, not just filling vacancies, but placing the right people in the right classrooms.
2020-2026
  • Over the following years, Inspire EHC grew steadily by staying true to its niche. Rather than becoming a generalist agency chasing volume, the business doubled down on specialism, building trusted relationships with SEND and Health and Social Care settings, whilst developing a strong candidate pipeline through, and earning a reputation as a partner schools could rely on for quality over quantity.

Along the way, something else became clear: schools weren't just short on staff. Many pupils, particularly those with SEND, needed additional, tailored academic support that went beyond what recruitment alone could offer. The demand for high-quality, specialist tutoring was growing, and it deserved the same focused attention Inspire EHC had given to recruitment.

2026
  • Rather than stretching one brand across two very different services, 2026 marked a deliberate decision: separate to specialise.

Inspire EHC remains dedicated entirely to recruitment, sourcing, vetting, and placing outstanding staff in both SEND and Health and Social Care.

Inspire Tutoring, having provided tutoring to several trusts and as an approved Alternative Provision for LEA and DPS for SEND Services, Inspire Tutoring was launched as its own dedicated entity, built from the ground up to focus purely on delivering specialist tutoring support, giving pupils, particularly those with SEND, the individual academic attention they need to thrive.

By splitting into two focused businesses rather than one broad one, both Inspire EHC and Inspire Tutoring can go deeper into what they do best, sharpen their expertise, achieve stronger outcomes, and make a clearer promise to every school, family and educator they work with.
